Talk, Text, Meet and Fax

Core Landing Pages – End-to-End Design

Phone.com

I lead the UX and UI overhaul of this b2b/b2c web-based communication platform – talk, text, meet and fax services would be integrated into a single user-centric application. Phone.com’s outdated legacy system would be retired, and small business customers could begin signing up for a desktop phone system, as versatile as it was empathetic to their business needs.

In close collaboration with Engineering, Conversational AI solutions were customized and integrated into the latest UI, offering call handling features such as Virtual Reception, Voice-to-Text Call Recordings with generated Call Summaries and Action Items, and Automated Voicemail Transcriptions.

A flexible and agile approach to Design was necessary for delivering concepts and assets Engineering needed to build, fast.

UX Simulation
